1974年、静岡県生まれ。
1993年に日本大学経済学部を卒業後、富士通株式会社に入社。富士通株式会社在籍時は総務・管理部門に所属。
2005年に日本大学大学院法学研究科（政治学専攻）に入学。博士（政治学）。
2010年から日本大学法学部助手を務め、2015年より同専任講師。その他、同通信教育部兼担講師。
2017年8月より、アメリカ・ミネソタ大学客員研究員。
専門：政治学・西洋政治思想史（トクヴィルをはじめとする市民社会の政治思想を中心に）・政治哲学（ケアの倫理を中心に）

政治学は本来、「人間の尊厳の尊重」「公共性への配慮」「弱者に対する共感共苦」「適切な批判精神」「すべての存在に対する愛」を基底とする学問であるべきだと考えています。
Born in 1974 in Shizuoka, I graduated from College of Economics at Nihon University in 1997. Then, I entered Fujitsu Limited and was in charge of corporate affairs.
In 2005, I entered Graduate School of Law (Political Science) at Nihon University. I obtained MA and Ph. D. in Political Science from Nihon University.
I became an assistant professor at College of Law, Nihon University in 2015.
I've been a research scholar at College of Liberal Arts, University of Minnesota since August 2017.
